TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL TERMS:
1.) By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the Terms of Service (TOS).
2.) As the artist, I have the right to decline a commission if I am uncomfortable with it, or it doesn't suit my ability.
3.) Client must read the TOS before the commission starts.USAGE RIGHTS:
1.) Can be used for emotes for social media, profile pictures, personal use, etc. (If it is for commercial or merchandise use, prices will increase depending on it.)
2.) Can NOT be used for AI training and NFTs.
3. Do not remove the watermark.PAYMENT:
1.) No bargaining.
2.) I will send a blurred version of the artwork upon payment; after paying, I will send the unblurred version.
3.) Payments are made through GCash & PayPal.COMMISSION PROCESS:
1.) I will send a sketch before fully rendering it.
2.) Artwork can only be modified 3 with minor revisions (If ever there is a major revision, it may require extra fees).
3.) I will keep you updated within the process, please reply at a reasonable time.
4.) I do not accept rushed commissions.
5.) It may take me 3 to 7 days.
6.) I will be delivering the finished commission either through gmail or any contacts that I'm available at.
7.) Transparent backgrounds are free.
8.) Add-on's prices depends on the complexity.
